The sunny plateau is starting point for plenty of charming forest and meadow hiking trails, especially suited for relaxed nature lovers and families with children. Be immersed by nature: the lovely scent of pine trees and lush meadows with beautiful wild flowers. Start hiking up to higher elevations and notice the change in nature. The treeline ends at about 2,000 metres above sea-level, bringing a change in environment. Set off on one of the panoramic pleasure trails and enjoy the viewing platforms, perfect for a photo opportunity amidst the mountains. Hiking here in Fiss is different. We hike "with all our senses" here. Many themed trails and the "Adventure Mountains" are especially popular with all families with children. The fun trails introduce children too hiking in a thrilling way, getting in touch with alpine nature and their own senses. Children get an adventure backpack and set off on a journey of discovery.
